The GSFW show returns on March 20-21 at Vancouver Convention Centre East. This year’s show is expected to attract more than 180 exhibitors and 2,400 attendees from across Canada, who have come to network, identify new business opportunities, and gain insight on this thriving business that influences household decisions each day.
What will be the trending grocery and specialty food items this year? Last year (2016), top trends included creamed raw prairie honey, salmon bacon and ready-to-eat quinoa.
“Whether you are a manufacturer, retailer or a member of the public, the grocery industry is one that connects and applies to all of us. For more than 25 years, GSFW has been the trusted epi-center where grocery stakeholders unite to discover, collaborate and innovate to bring the grocery industry to the forefront. GSFW is excited to return to Vancouver and further promote the future of our grocery industry.” – Thomas Barlow, president and CEO, Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers (CFIG)
